Be it any profession- let us not knock out the possibility of conflicts. Even a resolute entrepreneur irrespective of his status quo- either at his lowest low or at his highest high will have to resolve conflicts for the greater good of his venture. One of such type of conflicts is the so-called conflicts with co-founder. Rather than indulging in sordid episodes of melodrama and subsequent sledgehammer crackdown, it is best to avoid such conflicts. Here is an excellent infographic eloquently mentioning various possible reasons for conflicts with co-founderimage-1

So, this is some serious stuff for the day. But let me conclude this with some humor-

“So, what made you decide to go into business for yourself?”
“It was something my last boss said.”
“Really, what was that?”
“You’re fired.”

and here is another one for you- A shopkeeper was dismayed when a brand new business much like his own opened up next door and erected a huge sign which read ‘BEST QUALITY’.
He was horrified when another competitor opened up next door on his right, and announced its arrival with an even larger sign, reading ‘LOWEST PRICES’.
The shopkeeper panicked, until he got an idea. He put the biggest sign of all over his own shop. It read ‘MAIN ENTRANCE’.
